Set of three papers dedicated to refrigeration installations: refrigerants, refrigeration schemes and cycles, refrigeration equipment.

The theoretical chapters are completed with problems to familiarize the reader with the operation of the various components of the installation, with the phenomena underlying the fundamental processes, with the use of diagrams and tables with the thermodynamic parameters of the working fluids, with the calculation relationships. Through these, the user will be able to more easily choose and dimension the equipment of a refrigeration installation, perform a comparative technical analysis, optimize the construction or operation of the installation and determine its impact on the environment. In addition, a faster orientation will be made in the design, assembly and operation of refrigeration installations, starting from the concrete techniques and methods presented.
