Tertiary buildings are buildings with different social functions, intended for public access.
The technical equipment of these facilities must ensure both overall comfort for the occupants and the achievement of specific functions, at optimal efficiency and security standards.
After the first chapter in which the general principles for the composition of sanitary facilities are presented, the paper allocates a chapter each for the technical and sanitary facilities of the following types of tertiary buildings: hospital units, hotel units, laundries, swimming pools, garages.
