The study of low-temperature radiant tube heating also aims to make the radiant system consisting of the radiant tube, the thermal radiation receiving surface and the body interposed between them more efficient, in order to achieve optimal thermal comfort and achieve energy savings compared to convective heating systems.
The high implementation potential of radiant tube heating systems for heating large-volume premises shows us the necessity, opportunity and topicality of the study of low-temperature radiant tube heating. Radiant heating installations are based on the emission of radiant energy towards the surfaces that delimit a premises: the floor, walls, ceiling and obstacles.
The paper studies the combustion process in narrow tunnel furnaces, heat transfer in the radiant tube, and numerically models the radiation on the plane and on the plane with obstacles.
