Introduction to Automated Circuit Testing Using MATLAB

This book is an introduction to the automated testing of integrated devices and circuits, using the “Instrument control toolbox” utility from the MatLab software suite. By automatically characterizing simple devices and circuits, students and young engineers can develop the basic skills necessary for the automatic control of instruments used in the testing process, the development of techniques for streamlining test programs, and the circuit analysis necessary for its design to be tested. The techniques studied have a wide range of applicability, which is based on the universality of the control system. The paper proposes the evaluation of circuit functionality, both in terms of direct current and alternating current quantities.
